Ada Stidham, formerly of Memphis and Water Valley, MS, passed away in Savannah TN on March 30 at the age of 101. She was born in Moro Bay, AR near Little Rock and was the only child of Claude and Eunice McCracken. She used to talk about the fact that she was born on a houseboat. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Clarence Stidham in 1984. She leaves her son, Ronnie Stidham and his wife, Kathy, of Adamsville, TN and her daughter Francis Stidham Carey of Charleston, SC and her husband Jim. She also leaves 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Ada was employed at Arthur Fulmer Company in Memphis for 23 years.

A graveside service will take place on Tuesday, April 7 at 2:00 at Forest Hill South cemetery at 2545 East Holmes Rd. in Memphis.
