AGNES C. SMITH, 69, of Memphis, TN, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013. She was a retired BSN from Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis, and a member of Cherry Road Baptist Church. She was also a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Edwin Smith, and is survived by her children: Karen Smith Pressgrove of Peachtree City, GA, Toby Kathleen McClure of Cordova, TN, Charles Edwin "Chuck" Smith Jr. of Olive Branch, MS, Stephen Smith of Germantown, TN; grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Lauren Smith, Bryan Pressgrove, Philip Pressgrove, Carly Pressgrove, Jonathan Smith and Anna Smith. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday, October 27, and service will be 10 a.m., Monday, all at Forest Hill East Funeral Home, with interment to follow. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Cherry Road Baptist Church, American Diabetes Association or Foxbridge Assisted Living & Memory Care.
