Albert Russell Crouch, 90, of Memphis, TN, passed away on June 18 after a long illness. He was a WWII Air Force veteran, and a retired operating engineer. Mr. Crouch was a member of Rugby Hills Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Deloris Crouch; son, Jerry Crouch (Beth); daughter, Sandra Crouch Rogers (Jack); son in law, Mike Free; two sisters, Virginia Swanson, Sara Teisen, both of CA; five grandchildren, Stephen (Danyelle), Alicia, Chris, Mark, Jay; and seven great grandchildren, Brandon, Sarah, Garrett, Caleb, Michael, Trae and Madison. Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Crouch Free; great-grandson, Matthew; brothers, Bob, Charlie, Homer, Paul; and sister, Lucy. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday June 20 and service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 21 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with burial following. The family would also like to express a special thanks to Dr. James Ensor for over 35 years of loving care and kindness, and a thank you to the Baptist Memorial Hospital 4 West staff for their kindness and care during his stay, and thanks to the Walgreens Pharmacy Staff at Perkins and Summer Avenue, and to the many neighbors and friends for all your support.
