Albert Sidney Knox, Jr., 92, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013. The widower of Charlotte Knox, Sidney is survived by his sister, Idabelle Gay, Birmingham, AL; his niece Elaine Ray (James); 2 great nieces, Cameron Rogers (Daniel); and Cyndi Hepworth (Josh). After graduating from South Side High School, he served his country in the US Navy. He retired from the ICC Railroad with 41 years of service. He was a member of Oakville Masonic Lodge #715; Memphis Scottish Rite Buddies and a member of Al Chymia Shrine. The family will receive friends 1-2 pm, Friday, prior to the services at 2 pm.
