Our loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, Alfred Albert Ducas, Sr., passed away on November 1, 2022 at the age of 88. He was married to his loving wife Sara Elizabeth Ducas for 67 years. Alfred is the father of Katherine, Denise, Alfred Jr., Viola, Rhonda, and Theresa. He appreciated and loved his daughter in law Betty and son in laws Lee, Kenny, Gary and Mack. Alfred was born in Warwick, Rhode Island to his parents Alfred and Domethilde Ducas. His siblings are Roger, Alton, Paul, Donald and Viola.

Alfred attended Bethel Baptist Church with the bus ministry as a driver and bus leader. He also served in the children's church, Kindy Kids for Jesus for many years. He also assisted with maintenance at the church. He was very skilled in many areas, and gifted with problem solving. He worked with mechanics, carpentry, maintenance, concrete, and many other areas. He liked boating, fishing, clamming, bowling, card games, and corn hole. May he be remembered for his love of family, service and his love for Jesus Christ.
