Obituary

Allen Reed Holliday of West Memphis, AR, was born November 28, 1943 and died May 20, 2021 at his daughter's home in Cordova, TN at the age of 77.  He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Carol Jean Benson Holliday, and his parents, J.A. and Velma Holliday and brother Gary. He is survived by his children, daughter Pattye Holliday of Cordova, TN, Kelley Cooney (Terry) of Millington, TN, and son Jason Holliday of Moore, OK, and two grandchildren, Danielle Cooney Haggerty(Daniel) and Grayson Cooney.

A 1962 graduate of Tunica County High School, the family moved from Tunica, MS to West Memphis, AR in 1977 where he would later start & retire from his own business, Holliday Tire. He was a Master Mason, former past Master, 32nd degree Scottish Rite, and York Rite Mason and a Shriner.
Family visitation is at 12pm, with a public visitation to follow at 1, service to follow at 2pm,
Friday, May 28th at Forest Hill South mausoleum, 2545 Holmes Road, Memphis, TN.
