Amma Lou O''Daniel, 96, of Memphis, died Sunday, March 12 at Highlands of Memphis Nursing Home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Past Grand Chaplin in Tennessee, Order of the Eastern Star and Past Matron of Mizpah Chapter, OES. She was preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Johnnie C. O''Daniel and two sons, Sam C. O''Daniel (Judy) and J.Cecil O''Daniel (Sydney O''Daniel Magsig). Mrs. O''Daniel leaves two daughters, Mrs. Johnnie Mae Bixler of Olive Branch, MS and Mrs. Lorraine Scott of Los Angeles. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 16 and service 10 a.m. Friday, March 17 at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens.
