Anita Temple Dacus succumbed to a long debilitating illness and passed peacefully in the company of her family on March 11, 2020. Mrs. Dacus began her employment profession as a legal secretary. She then transitioned into a 30-year career working as an administrative assistant with Rich Products in Arlington, Tn. She was a longtime member of Hickory Withe First Baptist Church. Mrs. Dacus is survived by her husband of 45 years Bob Dacus, 5 children - Leigh Doby, Bart Doby, Delana Baldwin, Robbie Dacus, Tommy Dacus, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a brother Terry Temple of Madison, MS. She is proceeded in death by her parents William George Temple and Dorothy Alford Temple. The services for Mrs. Dacus will be conducted Friday, March 13, at Hickory Withe First Baptist Church,17675 TN -196, Hickory Withe, TN 38028. Visitation hours will be from 12:30 -2:00 with funeral services to immediately follow.
