Anita Francis Lambert, 61, passed suddenly on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Anita was born on July 9,1964 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Jimmy and Ouida Capers.

Anita was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord and faithfully served at her church. She found joy in her family, especially her grandchildren. She always had a lollipop ready, just for them.

Known for her strong will and determination, Anita could be "bullheaded" with the best of them. She cherished time spent with friends, enjoying good "girl talk," and especially treasured sharing coffee and conversation with her sister. She was a hard worker with a strong work ethic and a natural caregiver, always giving herself to care for others.

Anita was preceded in death by her loving husband of 20 years, Michael Joe Lambert; son, Jamie Lambert; and brother, Jeffery Chandler.

Anita leaves to cherish her memory sons, Jason Lambert (Ashley) and Matt Parrish (Kelsey); sister, JoAnn Smith (Harvey) of Horn Lake, Mississippi; and grandchildren, Jacob, Mason, Addison and Myles.

Anita was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be missed dearly and will be in our hearts forever.
