Ann Jeanette Powell, 80, of Memphis, TN, passed away on May 15, 2021.

The funeral service will be held on May 20, 2021 at Bartlett Baptist Church, Bartlett, TN.  Visitation is from 12:00-1:00pm and service at 1:00pm.  A private burial will follow the funeral at Memphis Funeral Home And Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Forest Hill Home & Memorial Park East.

Ann was born in Memphis, TN on June 25, 1940.  She graduated from Treadwell School where she attended for 12 years.  She was married to Jerry Louis Powell on April 9 and was married for 53 years.  She was a devoted member of Leawood Baptist Church and Bartlett Baptist Church.

Ann is survived by her husband, Jerry Powell, Daughters: Debbie D'Amore, Lisa Morris, Susan Henson, Karen Worley, Sons: Lee Powell, Charles Powell, Grandchildren: Kriston Arnold, Candice Levesque-D'Amore, Ashley D'Amore, Jennifer D'Amore, Brock Tamayo, Tiffany Powell, Andrew Harris, Leslie Steen, Andrea Harris, Jerry Tamayo, Emily Powell, Allison Floyd, Seth Cooper, Emily Cooper and 24 Great Grandchildren.

Ann is preceded in death by her father, Murray L. Rodgers, mother, Edna L. Rodgers, brother Claude Rodgers, and daughter, Becky Lape.
