Ann Beckham Turney, 96, of Oxford, MS died Wednesday, January 1, 2014. She was retired from Holiday Inns and a member of Anchor Baptist Church in Oxford, MS. Mrs. Turney is survived by her son, Lev M. Beckham, Jr. (Mary Elizabeth) of Oxford; grandchildren, Ron Beckham (Amy) and Steve Beckham (Sharon); five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Margie Ellington of Oxford, MS She was preceded in death by her son, Len Beckham. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2014 with services to follow at 2 p.m. at Anchor Baptist Church in Oxford, MS. Interment will be in Anchor Baptist Church Cemetery. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Anchor Baptist Church, 1009 Hwy 7 South, Water Valley, MS 38965 or charity of the donor''s choice.
