Anthony C. "Tony" Howell, 64, of Oakland, TN passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017. Mr. Howell was a US Army Veteran and a carpenter by trade. He loved to fish and play his guitar. Tony was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Linda Jody Howell; a son, Daniel Howell and father, Nile G. Howell. He leaves his son Chris Howell and his wife, Teresa; his mother, Martha Howell; two grandchildren, Christopher and Brooke Howell; one sister, Pam Best and brother, Kevin Howell; also one niece Michelle B. Spencer. Visitation will be Saturday, February 11 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. with service immediately following. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
