Barbara Ann Ballard, 73, of Rossville died Tuesday, December 27, 2022 after a long but courageous battle with cancer.  She is survived by her husband, James Ronald Brewer, her two children, Tami Wilburn (Josh) and Kristi Schaefer (Tim), and her four grandchildren, Reed Wilburn, Tara Wilburn, Aidan Schaefer, and Kainan Schaefer. Barbara will also be remembered by her brother, James Ballard and sister, Sue Cade and a host of nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded by her parents Elvie Ballard and Jaunita Ballard.

Barbara came to know Christ for herself at an early age and she made sure her children knew the Lord for themselves as well.

A funeral service in memory of Barbara will be held on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, at 12:30 at The Collierville United Methodist Church on the Square, 104 North Rowlett with Reverend Tondala Hayward and Reverend T.J. Helling officiating. Interment will follow at the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.  Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Barbara to St. Jude.
