On Friday, October 29, 2021, Barbara Ann Cursey of Eudora, MS passed away peacefully at the age of 83. She was born April 4, 1938, in McCrory, Arkansas and moved to Memphis, TN after graduating high school. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Thomas Jerry Cursey in 1997. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Julie Maynard (Tommy), Scott Cursey (Belinda), Jodie Medley (Terry), and Fletcher Cursey (Nicey); as well as nine grandchildren: Samantha, Wayne, Meagan, Amanda, Craig, Bret, Trace, Brittany, and Brant; along with eleven great-grandchildren: Kelsey, Kinley, Layla, Sophia, Stella, Rayland, Harlan, Scarlette, Paige, Emma, and Wyatt. The family wishes to extend special thanks to her caregiver, Tracie Johnson, who has been a comfort to her and her family during her last days.
