Barbara Ann Gay, 88, of McKenzie, TN passed away on September 4, 2026.

Ms. Gay was a lifelong member of the First Assembly of God Church in Memphis, TN. She became a member of the choir at a very young age.

Barbara was a retired Surgical Technician. She worked for both Baptist Memorial Hospital Central and Baptist Memorial Hospital East. She became president of the Surgical Technologist Association.

She was the only child of Hazel Gay who preceded her in death.

Barbara was known for her love of animals and nature, but her love of her God was first in her life.
