Barbara J. Glatt Carmichael, 68, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on November 16, 2015. She was a graduate of Bartlett High School and Miller Hawkins Business College. After graduation she went to work for what was then named Standard Welders Supply Company, and is now Nexair, retiring after 42 years. Mrs. Carmichael was a loving daughter, wife and mother and a member of Bartlett United Methodist Church. She is survived by her beloved son, Barry Carmichael; Mother, Mary J. Glatt; sister, Bettye Glatt; Mother in law, Eleanor Hull; and many cousins. Mrs. Carmichael was preceded in death by her father, Arnold E. Glatt. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Friday, November 20 until service begins at 10 a.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memphis Memory Gardens.
