Barbara Dalton Mashburn, 93, on February 4th, 2025, went to be with her Lord and Savior whom she loved and desired to serve. She leaves to cherish her memory, her much-loved grandsons, Logan Tash of Memphis and Braxton of Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan; cherished granddaughter-in-law Mia; and precious great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Liam, and Troy. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Bill, of 64 years, and her adored son, Brent.

"I tried to live my life to be pleasing, Lord, to Thee, and if I gained any praise, let it go to Calvary. How can I say "Thanks" for the things you have done for me? Things so undeserved, yet you gave to prove your love to me. The voices of a million angels could not express my gratitude. All that I was or could ever hope to be - I owe it all to Thee. A celebration of life service will be held in the chapel of Bellevue Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 18th at 1:30 p.m. with visitation at 1 p.m. Burial and service will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown at 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary - Barbara Mashburn Scholarship Fund; University of Memphis Scheidt School of Music - Barbara Mashburn Scholarship Fund; Love Worth Finding; or the Beethoven Club.
