Barbara Ann Blankenship Windsor, 86, of Southaven, MS a loving wife, mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord on Friday, July 27, 2018. She was born on April 1, 1932 in Barton, AL to Luther and Ossie Woods Blankenship. Barbara was a member of Twin Lakes Baptist Church for over 40 years. She served on many committees and taught Sunday school as long as she was able. She enjoyed traveling with her friends called "The Burger Buddies". She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years James D. Windsor, Sr.; five siblings: Mary Jo Broussard, Martha Ogletree, Grace Atchley, John Blankenship and Lincoln Blankenship. Barbara loved her family,her childen feel blessed to have had her for their mother.  She leaves two daughters: Gayle Clinkenbeard of Grenada, MS and Barbie Windsor of Southaven; two sons: Jim Windsor, Jr. (Debbie) of Nesbit, MS and Jeff Windsor (Kathy) of Southaven; five grandchildren: Bradley Clinkenbeard (Heather) of Horn Lake, Shawn Clinkenbeard (Jessica) of Horn Lake, Keith Windsor of Southaven; Kevin Windsor (Ginny) of Memphis and Kendall Trim (Josh) of Brandon, MS; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Doris Alred of Gunterville, AL and Dorothy Walls of FL; also lots of beloved nieces and nephews. The family request that memorials are sent to Twin Lakes Baptist Church. Visitation will be Monday, July 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. with service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday both will be at Twin Lakes Baptist Church, 5900 Twin Lakes Dr. Horn Lake, MS 38637. Burial will be in Autumn Woods Memorial Park Cemetery in Olive Branch, MS.
