Bernice Laverne Clement, 89, of Memphis, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, August 13, 2012 at Methodist Hospital-Germantown surrounded by her loving family. She was a homemaker and a member of Holmes Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Clement will be greatly missed by her two children. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tommy Nicholson and George Clement and is survived by her children, Carolyn Feathers (Herbert) of Olive Branch, MS and Jim Nicholson (Jeanne) of Collierville, TN; grandchildren, Becky Head, Connie Hopper, Judy Arnold, Wade Feathers, Vicki Garrison, Kathryn Forrester and Bradley Nicholson; thirteen great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Minnie Lee Franklin Wolfe and Ira Linton Franklin. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2012 with services to follow at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
