Bertha Mae Howell, 78, of Nesbit, MS passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by her parents, James D. and Ruby Mae Davis; sister, Brenda Davis. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William E. Howell; son, William D. Howell (Karen); 3 grandchildren: Ian, Sean, and John; and brother, James Davis. She was very involved in the community. She volunteered with different organizations, was part of the Red Hat Society, Herb Society, and Daffodil Society. She also taught crafts class at Northwest Mississippi Community College. A graveside service will be held at Memphis Memory Gardens on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 11:00 am.
