Betty L. Binkley, 91, passed away on June 7, 2021. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald M. Binkley. She leaves behind a daughter, Janice Binkley Williams and son, Gerald Richard Binkley; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
