Betty Carol Carter, 60, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at her home in Bartlett. Mrs. Carter was a 1975 graduate of Raleigh-Egypt High School in Memphis. During her career she worked as a secretary for several businesses in Memphis. Betty is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia R. Vincent; a brother, Albert W. "Bill" Vincent, Jr. and sister, Angela Christine Hill. She leaves her husband, Billy Carter; daughter, Brandy Marshall; granddaughter, Addison Marshall and father, Albert W. Vincent, Sr.; also many other beloved family and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 2 pm with visitation 12-2 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home East on Whitten Road. Interment will follow. The family request that memorials are made to St. Jude Children''s Hospital.
