Betty Sue Pannell, 76, of Memphis, TN, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Rainbow Health and Rehab. She was a member of New Hope Christian Church of Bartlett. Mrs. Pannell was preceded in death by a son, Randy Pannell; her mother, Sue Santucci and sister, Mae Shelley. She leaves her loving husband of 59 years, Jim Pannell; a daughter, Kathy Pannell East; three sons, Ricky (Gina), Darin and Steve Pannell (Shawn); a sister, Linda Schroeder; three brothers, Billy Mitchison, Garry Mitchison and Rollo Santucci, III; eleven grandchildren, Glenda Pannell, Holli Weatherington and Pace Pannell, Blake Graves, Katie, Kelsi and Randi East, Jessica and Ryan Pannell, Eric and Stephen Deal. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, October 24 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with service at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
