Betty Jo Hearn, 87, passed away in Bartlett, TN on January 28, 2019.  Mrs. Hearn was a member of Ellendale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James H. Hearn; a granddaughter, Tabitha Buckley Koger; her parents, Orville Joseph and Martha Elizabeth Garvey Pafford; four sisters:  Nellie Ruth Pafford Hornsby, Mary Frances Pafford Beard, Edna Earl Pafford Hopkins, and Beulah Mae Pafford Barnett; three brothers:  John A. Pafford, William Vernon Pafford, and James Edward Pafford.  Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Shelley Buckley (Richard) of Bartlett and Wanda Hall (Wayne) of Bartlett. Mrs. Hearn has been blessed with four grandchildren:  Tabitha Buckley Koger, Kevin Hall, David Buckley, and Mark Hall; also seven great grandchildren:  Ali Darling, Austin Koger, David Koger, Andrew Hall, Jordan Hall, Lillian Buckley and Abigail Buckley.  Mrs. Hearn was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be loved and missed by her whole family.  She loved children.  In honor of that fact, her family requests that, in lieu of flowers, any memorials be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or LeBonheur Children's Hospital.  Visitation with her family will be on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 p.m., with her funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Rd.
