Betty Sue Holcomb, 82, of Southaven, MS went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 12, 2017. Mrs. Holcomb was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Holcomb, Jr.; father, Irby Sneed; and mother, Lucy Sneed. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Hensley(Richard); son, Gary Holcomb; son, Jim Holcomb(Lourie); grandchildren: Cody Hensley, Darbi Archer(Adam), and Dusty Holcomb(Mary); great-grandhcildren: Chloe and Selah Archer and Teagan Holcomb; and sister, Dorothy Martindale. Mrs. Holcomb was a very hard worker. She retired from Baptist Hospitals in Memphis as the housekeeping supervisor. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Most importantly, Mrs. Holcomb, was a devout Christian and longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven, MS. A visitation will be held Monday, January 16, 2017 from 12-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Midtown on Elvis Presley Blvd.
