Betty Ann Hyder, Bartlett, TN. On Betty's birthday, June 22, the angles and saints of the Lord prepared a banquet in her honor as the Lord, Our God, brought her into new life with Him. She was born on June 22, 1935 in Johnson City, TN to Walter E. and Mae Hester Rushing who precede her in death. Betty was also preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Frank B. Hyder. She is survived by her loving children, Debbie Hyder Wilson, Frank B. Hyder Jr. and James M. Hyder; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and one brother, Bob Rushing (Christine). A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 29 from 12-2 PM with funeral services to immediately follow at 2:00 PM, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park East, 2440 Whitten Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Lupus Foundation.
