BETTY JEAN KEIRSEY, 89, of Memphis, passed peacefully Friday, November 29, 2013 surrounded by her daughters. Born in Sikeston, MO, she lived most of her adult life in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Junian (June) James Keirsey. She is survived by her children Katie Buck (Cliff), Debbie Townsend (Terry) and Ann Rogers (Don). She also leaves behind 4 grandsons, Scott, Shawn, Tyler, Connor and four great-grandchildren, Hailey, Abbi, Branden and Jax. Mrs. Keirsey was an avid sports fan and loved her University of Memphis Tigers. Betty was the Office Manager of City Heat & Air Conditioning owned by her husband June. She also volunteered at Messick Elementary teaching reading. Visitation will be 5 - 8 pm, Wednesday, December 4, with the funeral service at 10 am Thursday, December 5 at Forest Hill East, 2440 Whitten Road.
