Betty Kemp, 74 Passed away on March 19, 2026, at her home in Memphis TN.

Betty was born on June 11, 1951, in Roger Spring TN. to S.G. and Lorene Durham.

Betty retired from the Defense Depot in Memphis after several years as a Supply Clerk. She enjoyed watching movies, her soap operas and Nascar on TV.

Betty is survived by her sons, John Kemp (Stephanie) of Bartlett TN, Paul Kemp (Tonia) of Byhalia MS and Michael Kemp (Heather) of Memphis TN; her sister Peggy Gaut of Southaven MS; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents S.G. and Lorene Durham; sisters, Patsy Durham and Kathy Simmons and her daughter, Lori Ann Kemp.

Visitation for Betty will be held from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. with service immediately following on March 26,2026 at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown located1661 Elvis Presley Blvd. Memphis TN. 38106.
