Betty Jean Lane Neal, 79, of Southaven, MS, born January 16, 1935 and passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 after fighting the horrible disease, Alzhimer''s for over ten years. Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home with interment to follow. Mrs. Neal is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard Dean Neal; daughters, Lee Ann Neal Rowland (James), Denna Neal Bollinger (Richard); step-sons, R.D. Neal, Jr., Michael Lin Neal (Shelley) and James Raymond Neal. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin Dean Neal, Raymie Lane Neal, Jacob Henry Bollinger and Emily Grace Bollinger; and one sister, Helen Thompson. She was taken care of at home by her family, her attendant Myrna Huges and a wonderful group of people from Aseracare Hospice including her nurse, Amy Crume, her aide Dee and others, Ms. LaDonna, Ms Linda Breal, Ms. Laura Beth and others. Mrs. Neal was a member of Trinity Baptist Church for 45 years. She will be greatly missed by all.
