Betty Jean Mills, 79, of Atoka, TN, wife of the late William J. Mills, passed away at her home in Rosemark, TN on February 4, 2019.   She was born on February 20, 1939 in Crawfordsville, Arkansas to Ellen and Harry Steele.  Betty is survived by her three sons: Michael, Mark, and Chris (Laurel); one grandson, Wesley (Jayme); her sister, Dorothy Elliott of Nixa, MO; and a brother, Claude R.
