Beverly Fleming (Brooks), 78, of Olive Branch, MS, born in Memphis, TN, passed away on February 19th after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. She was a graduate of Treadwell High School and Memphis State University. She retired from the USPS after a 36-year career in logistics. After retirement, she enjoyed antiquing, traveling, working crossword puzzles, 70's sitcoms, and especially visiting with family and friends.

Beverly is survived by her sons, David (Kim) Fleming and Jarred (Shannon) Pittman, both of Collierville, TN, 5 grandchildren (Jake, Jessica, Christian, Reece, Smith), 3 great-grandchildren (Walker, Colton, Penelope), her niece (Amy), and 2 nephews (Zane, Slade).

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Madge Brooks of Memphis, TN, her sister, Nancy Brooks Duke, and her son, Jamin Fleming.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Kurt Tauer and his team at West Cancer Center, and the Baptist Reynolds Hospice House for their tremendous care.

Visitation is scheduled for 1pm on Tuesday, March 4th at Forest Hill Funeral Home East at 2440 Whitten Road in Memphis, TN, with service to follow immediately at 2pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project or West Cancer Foundation.
