Beverly Joyce Garner (née Ownby) passed away on January 29, 2020, after a 6-year struggle with pulmonary fibrosis. She was married to Michael Garner Sr for 23 years until he passed in 2015.  She is survived by her three children (Michael, Joseph & April) two daughters in law (Mary & Crystal) and 4 grandchildren (Tristan, Hannah, Olivia & Emma). She was a dedicated and skilled nurse, a loving and compassionate friend, and a giving and caring mom. She lived her life in service, sharing her radiant smile and joyful laugh with whomever she met. And the world is just a little less bright with her gone. The Memorial Service for Beverly Joyce Garner will be held on Monday, February 3rd at 6 pm. The family will be present at 5 pm to receive guests and share loving memories with all who care to arrive early. The service will be at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East 2440 Whitten Rd. Memphis, TN 38133, In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Beverly's name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation:
