Billie Ruth Knight, 88, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at her home in New Albany, MS

Billie was born on May 15, 1935 to the late George and Carrie Dillard Garrett.

Including her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John L. "Lightning" Knight; also six sisters and two brothers.

She leaves her daughter, Karen Ann DeVaughn (Danny) of New Albany, MS; two grandsons, Michael Brandon DeVaughn (Nicole) of Munford, TN and Shaun Taylor DeVaughn (Jerrica) of New Albany, MS; also two great-grandsons, Kayson Kent, and Daylen DeVaughn.

Pallbearers will be Brandon DeVaughn, Taylor DeVaughn, Danny DeVaughn, Brock Baker, and Earl Whitman.
