Billie "JoAn" Roach,  85 years old of Memphis, TN passed away on September 9, 2023 at Methodist Hospice Residence.

She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and was a director and teacher for 26 years in the Children's Ministry.

JoAn was preceded in death by her husband, Don A. Roach (76), her oldest son, Vincent L. Roach (46); also her sister, and her parents, James T. Willis and Mildred M. Mobley

She is survived by her youngest son, Gregory A. Roach (53); her brother, John R, Willis Sr.; four sisters,  Jewell M. Bell, Mary L,"Weaze" Pennington, Cecile Gilmore, and Linda S. Mobley; also one grandchild is Jonathan "Landon" Roach (18).

Service will be 2:00 PM on Friday, September 15 by Dr. Joe Jernigan

The family requests that memorials of flowers or gifts be sent to Bellevue Baptist Church or Gideons International.
