Billie "Nana" Jean Simpson, 94, of Walls, MS passed peacefully from this life to her heavenly home on Monday, May 9, 2023. She was a devoted wife for 66 years, and a loving mother and Nana for many more.

She is survived by two daughters, Jeri Simpson, and Marcia Moyt (Lonnie); two grandchildren Kristi Holland and Sean Westmoreland; four great-grandchildren, Taylor Holland, Currie Holland (Alysha), Maddie Lambert (Keaton) and Kenzie Huffman (Dakota); and seven great great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen Mason, Sawyer, Easton, Landry, Emma, Lennon Myles due in August.

She is now reunited and dancing on streets of gold with her loving husband, Les.

Mrs. Simpson was a Christian, loving, full of life, sassy, spunky little lady. She loved her family more than anything. Every week Nana never missed
her nail and beauty shop appointment. She was always classy and elegant every time you saw her. Nana was a beautiful woman inside and out. She loved the beach, flamingos, shopping, reading in her sunroom, and helping with her grandchildren. Nana was an OB nurse for 17 years. She retired and enjoyed a fulfilled life making memories with her family and loved ones. Nana made an impact on everyone she met and will be greatly missed by us all.
