Billie A. Williams, 96, of Memphis, TN, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018.  Before retiring, Ms. Williams had worked 43 years for the Bon-Ton Restaurant in Memphis.  She was a member of Agape Baptist Church, also of Memphis.

Billie was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Williams; her daughter, Betty Ann Francis; her granddaughter Melissa Logan; and grandson, Michael Logan; also her parents, William Bradford and Effie Vela Clifton; three sisters and five brothers.

She leaves three grandchildren, Mark Logan (Darline) of Memphis, Mitch Logan of Tucson, AZ and Marsha Fraley (Kenny) of Munford, TN; two sisters, Katie Skelton of Ashland, MS and Carrie Filgorey of Horn Lake, MS; also five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26 at Forest Hill East. with service immediately following.

Entombment will be in Forest Hill East Mausoleum.
