Billy Roger Eddings, 89, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away on April 11, 2024, at Providence Assisted Living in Senatobia, MS.

Mr. Eddings was one of six siblings born to the late Willie Lee and Lilla Stacks Eddings. He served in the U.S. Army, and retired after 38 years as a local Memphis truck driver, sharing his love of life and creating happiness.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents and wife of 61 years, Elma Wolfe Eddings.

He leaves his daughter, Kimberly Collier (Donald, Jr.) Of Olive Branch, MS, and his son, Stephen Eddings (Terri) of Southington, CT; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Stanley, Raymond "David" George, Corey George, and Justin Eddings; four great-grandchildren, Chandler Parrott, Lettie Stanley, Archer Eddings, and Jane Eddings.

Billy was one who loved life, the Lord, and his family. "Silly" Billy always had a way of making everyone smile. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
