Billy Joe Frazier's Obituary
William Joe Frazier ( Billy ), 72 of Coldwater, MS passed away on October 14, 2022 at his home.
He was born and raised in Memphis, TN on February 10, 1950 to Mr. & Mrs. William H. Frazier.
In 1968, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he retired after 25 years of service.
He leaves behind 16 blood cousins in Texas, 1 cousin , Ms. Betty Giddens of Coldwater, Ms.
Four adoptive sisters, Sharon White of Southaven, Ms., Deborah Welch of Arlington, TN, Peggy Sanchez of Horn Lake, Ms. and Stephanie Barber Davis of Sardis, Ms., and 1 adoptive aunt, Mrs. Annette Nesbitt of Southaven, Ms.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, as well as his adoptive Mother, Mrs. Barbara King and his 2 adoptive brothers, James Fortune and Willie Fortune.
