REV. BILLY J. McCOLLUM, JR., 64, died February 7, 2014. Visitation, 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 10 and service 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, both at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Burial in Forest Hill East Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Joy McCollum; daughter, Tammy Mosier; stepdaughters, Angel Stafford, Debbie Hann; son, Billy McCollum, Jr.; sisters, Paulette Elder, Karen McCollum; brother, Michael McCollum; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
