Billy Ralph Meals, age 87, peacefully passed away on November 16, 2023 in Southaven, MS. He was born on November 7, 1936 in Memphis, TN.

Billy was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a member of Southaven First United Methodist Church. He was a member of the choir and also enjoyed the fellowship of the Men's Club. Billy's selfless blood donations to Life Blood earned him recognition for his compassionate contributions. He was a man with a quick sense of humor. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled. Billy received his education at Memphis Technical High School. His dedication to serving his country led him to the Air Force, where he exemplified honor, duty, and courage.

Family and friends will gather to pay their final respects during the visitation at noon, followed by a service at 1:00pm.  Visitation and funeral services will be held at Southaven First United Methodist Church. The interment will take place at Forest  Hill Cemetery South. In honor of Billy's memory, contributions can be made to Southaven First United Methodist Church or a charity of their choice.

Billy will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Marcia Meals, his devoted sons Terry Meals and Keith Meals (Liz), his cherished granddaughters Lauren (Brent), Britney, Victoria (Anthony), and his adored great-grandchildren Carter Jones, Shayla Jones, Vince, Zachary, Sal, Sonny Salvatori, and Edith Embry. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory be a source of strength and inspiration for all who knew him.
