Billy Sloan Smith, 86, of Bartlett, passed away on October 8, 2016. He was an Army Veteran and retired from the VA Medical Center after 35 years of Federal Government service. Mr. Smith was also a member of Great Oaks Church of Christ. He is survived by his two sisters and their husbands, Charlene and Ford Colclasure, and Carol and Johnny Nelms; a niece, four nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Thursday, October 13 until service begins at 12 noon at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East. Interment will follow in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be sent to the Great Oaks Church of Christ Building Fund.
