Bobbie Jean Cochran, 94 passed away on June 11, 2022.

Bobbie Jean is survived by her son, Terry Allen Cochran; daughter in  law, Eleanora Cochran; her daughter, Cathy Colleen Weldon; son in law, Gavin Weldon; her sister, Dana Parks; and her brother, Charles Bowling.

She is also survived by granddaughter Roxanne Buckman and husband Joey Buckman; and granddaughter Mariah Cochran and partner Devon Moore. She was blessed with a great grandchild, Perrin Allen Buckman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Cochran; and her sister, Kathleen Jones.

Bobbie Jean enjoyed an early career in the insurance business working out of the Sterick Building in downtown Memphis. As her children entered school she became a stay at home mother, little league sports manager, dance mom, and cheerleader for her children.

Bobbie Jean was an avid sports fan and known to become quite animated during any Memphis Tiger football or basketball game.

She was a devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of Cherokee Baptist Church, Cedar Ridge Garden Club/Germantown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
