Bobbie Geneva Pace Buck of Southaven, MS, born August 31, 1925, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 28, at Baptist DeSoto Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Sr.; brother, Roy Pace; mother, Eva Sikes Pace and father, Albert Clifford Pace. A graduate of Whitehaven High School, she also attended Memphis State College. Married to the love of her life, MSgt. Frank E. Buck, Sr., for 48 years, she is survived by her sons, Frank Jr., Clifford, and Robert; two adoring daughters-in-law, Katie and Deborah; along with her niece Lisa Ketchum, whom she thought of as a daughter. A woman grounded in faith, Bobbie was a founding member of Faith United Methodist Church and belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star. Beginning her career at Brys Department Store in 1945 and working for Goldsmith''s and Macy''s, her favorite job was being a Mother to all. She shared her smiles as a devoted Mom, helpful advice as a faithful friend, and most of all, her caring and pleasing personality with all who met her. Family and friends will gather to share memories, Wednesday, June 1, 5-8 p.m., with funeral services Thursday, June 2, at 10 a.m.
