Bonnie  Christine Alberson, 80, of Southaven, MS went to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 16, 2018.  Mrs. Alberson owned and operated Allen Ray Transmission with her husband, Willard Alberson before retiring.  She was a member of Medlock Methodist Church in Ashland, MS.  She had attended Glenn Chapel United Methodist Church in Lake Cormorant, MS for the past several years. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Willard; son, Terry Alberson; and her parents, Orbrey and Roberta Shelby. She leaves five children: Ricky Alberson of Southaven, Stanley Alberson (Paula) of Senatobia, Sharon Melton, Ferida Higgins of Southaven and Karen Crabtree (Ron) of Memphis; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20 at  Glenn's Chapel Church, 8235 Hwy 301 N. Lake Cormorant, MS, with her funeral service to be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m., also at the Church. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
