Bonnie Elizabeth Pruitt-Mayfield, 45, of Horseshoe Lake, AR died December 6, 2012. She was a homemaker and loved volunteering with the Memphis Humane Society and also for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Mrs. Mayfield was the loving daughter of Charles Pruitt and Bonnie and Bobby Williams. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey Mayfield; brother and his wife, Kevin and Cathie Pruitt, and her special dog, Shelby. Visitation will be 12 p.m. until service begins at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 10 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with burial following. The family request, in lieu of flowers, that memorials be sent to either the Memphis Humane Society or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
