Buchanan "Buck" Avery, 89 years old, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2021. Buck was born in Crockett Mills, TN to Grover Cleveland and Irma Avery on August 7, 1932. He was a wonderful father and helpful to many people. Those who have done well in this world owe thanks to Mr. Avery; including his children.

Buck leaves behind three children; Beverly Avery, Billy Avery and Benny Avery. He is preceded in death by his loving spouse of 62 years; Daisy Avery.

Shortly after retiring from the United States Army and serving in the Korean War, he went to work in refrigeration and heating. Shortly after his career in refrigeration. he went to work at Dobbs International.

Buchanan "Buck" Avery was a loving father and grandfather and will be deeply missed.

Funeral services for Mr Avery will be held by Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133. Service times with Military honors to follow shortly after service will be at 10:00 AM on 09/15/2021.
