Bunnie Wood, 100, died on September 13, 2022. She was a member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at Kirby Woods Baptist Church located at 6325 Poplar Ave. in Memphis at 12 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, visitation will be 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the church on Monday. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery - South on E. Holmes Rd. Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, James F. Wood. She leaves her sisters Gloria Gegumis of Grand Junction, TN, Ruby Lambert of Memphis, TN, her brother Don Durham of Florida, three daughters, Doris Wheeler of New Orleans, Donna Lewis of Germantown, TN and Denise Tabor of Dyersburg, TN. She leaves 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Kirby Woods Baptist Church.
