Burney Taylor "BT" Duncan, Jr., age 78, of Olive Branch, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 13, 1943 in Tupelo, MS, the only child Burney Taylor and Faye (Sheffield) Duncan, Sr. of Dorsey, MS.
Burney graduated from White Station High School in 1961 and attended Memphis State University for one year, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Olive Branch.
Burney will be remembered by his beloved wife, Cassandra (Cenate) Duncan, whom he married on the very first Super Bowl Sunday - January 15, 1967, two precious daughters, Amy Lynn Hale (Stephen) and Emily Faye Turnbow (Jason), three grandsons, Jonathan Taylor Faught (Gabriella), Paul Bailey Turnbow, and Marcus Colin Hale, two granddaughters, Sarah Grace Faught and Abigail Elain Turnbow, and three great-grandsons, Bentley Taylor Faught, Jensen Davis Faught, and Sutton-Paul Womack Faught.
Pallbearers will be Michael Faught, Taylor Faught, Mac Hale, Jason Turnbow, Bailey Turnbow, Trent Webb, Joe Smith, and Kyle Webb.
