Carl (Skip) E. Cole, Jr., 74, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020.

A man of strong faith, he was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.

Skip was born on April 29, 1945 in Florence, AL. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Helen Cole along with two daughters, Angie Cole of Oakland, TN and Dana Gentry (James) of Southaven, MS and one granddaughter, Lindsee Gentry of Washington, DC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl, Sr. and Virginia Cole, a brother-Ron Cole, and a sister-Melody Cole Thompson.

Skip was known for his love of faith and family. He was a life long fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide and enjoyed playing the steel guitar.

Due to current circumstances, a memorial with be held at a later date.
