Carl Edward Owens of Memphis, TN, was born on July 4, 1932 and passed away on November 9, 2017. Mr. Owens leaves his wife of 62 years, Charcie W. Owens; his children, Karen Mills, Karla Ridgeway, Karmine Reeves. He was preceded in death by his son Keith Owens and grandson Brandon Barton. Carl also leaves his grandchildren, Heith Huggins, Brooke Spahr, Chasity Ridgeway, Dylan Barton and great grandchildren Marley and Adler Spahr and Kylee Huggins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill East on Whitten Road., with a visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
